There are 52 sets of main equipment, including eight automatic roll-pressing and flow-forming lines controlled by PLC. Eight million of batten luminaires can be produced annually.

Beghelli China has fifteen sets of die-casting machines of between 280 tons and 1600 tons,
all equipped with automatic robotic arms and aluminium alloy rational die-casting furnace
imported from Germany. In addition, there are two sets of machine that perform surface chromizing treatment, which are able to treat 8000 die-casting work pieces daily.

In the electronic workshop, main facilities are two SMT mounting machine production lines, eight lead-free wave soldering production lines imported from South Korea plus eight assembly lines.

Louvre luminaires manufacture centre

There are 144 sets of main facilities, including three surface jetting and coating lines imported form Germany, one automatic vertical and horizontal sheet line for coiled materials, one full-automatic T5 recessed module shaping line, and three production lines dedicated for louvre luminaires. Four million sets of louvre luminaire of different sizes can be produced annually.

Beghelli China is one of the very few lighting manufacturers with the multiple production capabilities in China. There are up to 50 sets of main facilities imported from the overseas in the tooling workshop.

Plastic Injection Centre - Centralized Feeding System

This full automatic feeding system is the most advanced among the lighting industry. It can feed 30 sets of precise full automatic plastic injection machines of between 60 tons and 1288 tons separately at the same time. Each plastic injection machine is equipped with robotic arms, 25 million pieces of all kinds of lighting components can be produced annually.
